They are spacious at 54 square meters and include a desk for when you need to work and a quality queen-sized bed for a good night's rest! All apartments are provided with kitchenettes, great for guests who want to prepare some or all of their own meals, as well as all units are fully self-contained including internal laundry.

My son accidentally broke a light bulb during our stay. Manager Warren was very abusive and kept yelling at us for 20 minutes, even when we apologized and offered to compensate for the damage, Warren was being very unprofessional and overreacting.

Warren the manager was very verbally abusive i had a bad experience there which led me to being in a mental break down, staff was good but Warren the manager is just to much to handle, I advise customers to avoid mental instability for future reference thanks

Being a local of the area and frequent stays in Cairns I was once again disappointed in this accommodation.
Very dated ! To charge the overnight prices ( and this was supposedly a special?) The T.V. alone was so small We could hardly see ! There was no room details, We were not offered any Wi-Fi password, any instructions as to use the parking gates ( lucky we were Australians and knew how to work it out?)
The receptionist started to check us in then half way through took a phone call and then proceeded with the phone booking whilst leaving us standing there waiting! Very rude .

Brilliant location if you'll be attending an event at the Convention Centre, just about the closest accommodation available- 3 min leisurely walk to the front door of the Convention Centre. After hours check-in was easy. Room was clean and tidy, had a bar fridge but also had a separate freezer allowing for more freezer space than the tiny box in a regular bar fridge. Although the room was older, it was in good condition with mould free bathroom and clean, working kitchen.

This apartment hotel was excellent. From the friendly helpful staff to the excellent quality apartment with the separate living quarters, bedroom and bathroom. I also had cooking facilities and washing machine and drier. It was well priced and value for money.
