The Chocolate Lover Our friends Daniela and Pierre have their very own delectable chocolate business and we'd love you to support them. Regular practice of pranayama brings an inner softness and awareness that surpasses the physical body. BKS Iyengar often referred to it as nectar or life force that rides on the breath.

This week some eager and sincere Yoga students ventured beyond the city boundary to enjoy the beautiful surrounds of Hepburn Springs and dive deep into a week of yoga inquiry (pictured above). We were all in agreement how fortunate it was to meet face to face in the midst of such uncertain times. Questions arising from practice may be addressed in simple practical terms, for example press the inner-heel-bone.
