I took my boy down after having a seizure to see the vet and upon entry i was greeted with the words "so will you be getting a consultation or just putting your dog down"... And was told to pay before i went through with anything, the vet had no care in the world apart from making money, i asked to be in the room with my boy the whole time and instead was ushered out to see hin struggle through a small crack in the window, before opening the door and giving me a last few seconds with my dog, then when it came to leaving i was given approximately 15 mins to mourn before being told i had to leave

It was the first and would be the last time i yelled at vet to get his hands off from my dog.
I have been talking to k-laser and was ready to spend few$$$ for full session. I would have spent that money if the vet was professional enough but no. YOU REALLY NEED TO VISIT OTHER VETS AND SEE HOW THEY TREAT ANIMALS.
10yr old pomeranian who's suffering his joint and broken leg surgery irritation, was screaming in pain in rough hands and i had to yell and stop from what hes doing.
NEVER AGAIN. It even took me few days from removing those bad memory for the 1 minute.

Robert (vet) is honest and straight forward when it comes to treatment or procedures and only does whats necessary for your pets best outcome. highly recommended!

Originally signed up to puppy school at this vet (to be honest it was probably worth spending my money elsewhere for a better outcome) and decided to stick with the same place for pups next vaccine. Disappointed yet again, poor service on the Veterinarian’s part. Didn’t seem interested in answering any questions and felt very rushed considering this was my first furr baby!

For almost 4 years now, Dr Robert and his team of amazing nurses - Adele, Louisa and Vanessa in particular, have been looking after my 15.5 year old Maltese X Cairn Terrier, Sweep. During that time, Sweep has had a number of health issues - severe arthritis, a heart murmur, a growth in his paw pad, necrotic tongue tissue, enlarged adrenal glands and gall bladder as well as numerous dental procedures. We have been going to Arundel Vets with our two cats for quite a few years. We get reminders for vaccinations the are due (great idea) .
When our older cat injured his leg he was so well looked after. And then he injured the other leg. We knew he would be looked after. I can't fault anyone from the vets to the support staff. Best vets on the Gold Coast.

I discovered this Surgery late one evening when my dog became ill. It was difficult to find after hours vet services so I was delighted when Dr Robert answered the phone and agreed to see my dog right away. Since then I have taken both dogs to him for everything from routine vaccinations to major surgery. We have consistently been provided with reliable, professional and friendly service.

Dr Robert and his team have looked after our dachshund Ollie for many years now. I tried other vets before who were either not able to, or possibly not interested in, diagnosing Ollie’s illnesses. But Dr Robert’s care and knowledge have meant we have enjoyed a lot more time with our Ollie. I highly recommend Arundel Vet Surgery and Dr Robert and am very thankful I found them!
