Saying you can't practice yoga because you aren't flexible is like saying you're too thirsty to drink. Really, the only requirement for the physical practice of yoga is our body, mind, and ability to breathe. Yoga welcomes everyone regardless of age, body type, or fitness level. Yoga can increase your flexibility as well as help build strength, increase body awareness, and tap into your mind-body-spirit connection.
Prenatal yoga is so much more than "yoga classes attended by pregnant women." Prenatal yoga classes generally offer gentler, less strenuous sequences of poses and a greater use of props to support the body in poses.
Regardless of which stage of pregnancy you're in, prenatal yoga poses generally target the back, particularly the lower back, an area that is especially vulnerable to pain and injury as a growing belly and shifting centre of gravity tug the spine out of its natural curvature.

Yogalates utilises bands with classic pilates and yoga poses in order to build strength alongside balance and flexibility. If you've ever considered starting Yogalates, our 10-week courses are the perfect opportunity! Whether you're a seasoned student or are brand new to the practice, our All Levels courses will help you build strength and endurance, while simultaneously improving your posture, flexibility, and balance.

Beautiful class, beautiful teacher. I have just finished the 6 weeks prenatal yoga classes and loved every class. Michelle checks in with you at the start of each class, takes you through moves that will help during your pregnancy like Sciatica pain stretches, with a gentle and smoothing nature. Highly recommend to any expecting mother.

EYP has changed my life! After having a double lung transplant in 2014, I decided that I would like to start yoga or pilates to keep fit.
My friend and I agreed to find somewhere and go together for a bit of fun and that’s when EYP came in to our lives.
Yogalates with Annie, and now Yoga Flow with Michelle have allowed me to not only increase my… physical strength, flexibility and endurance, but my lung Drs have been blown away with how well my lungs have been going and said, ‘whatever you are doing, keep doing it!’

I am a Senior!, I have been attending Pilates classes over 15 years. I have nothing but praise for the benefits to my physical and mental health which comes about as the result of regular Pilates sessions.. The calming influence of the teachers and the attention to my level of ability has been so essential in maintaining a healthy physical life style at my stage of life. Thank you to Jo and Steph, for your knowledgeable guidance through the exercises.

I have found the studio to be a calm place that welcomes beginners & those more experienced in yoga. Michelle has done a wonderful job in providing such a lovely, fresh inviting space in which to practice. She is encouraging and clear in her teaching & my body always feels better for taking a class. Many thanks.
