Once you have added you credit card details you can purchase what you need. A single class for $27 or email bikramintheshire.com.au to apply for our Newcomer Challenge pass which is $50 for 5 classes in 21 days.
WHAT IS IT? Inferno Hot Pilates is a challenging, full body work out using Pilates principles. It is low impact and is safe for students of all levels. The class is 1 hour in duration. You will need a mat, towel for your mat and a bottle of water. WHAT DOES IT DO? Hot Pilates creates long lean muscles mass, burns fat and increases fitness levels.
WHAT IS YIN YOGA?: A type of yoga that is based Chinese Medicine Theory and Taost Principle (as opposed to the Ancient Indian System of health that Hatha Yoga like Bikram, Ashtanga, Vinyasa forms of yoga). There is a continuum of yoga that stretches from Yang to Yin.
Very yang yoga would be Bikram and maybe Power Yoga which are hot and very dynamic and then at the other end of the continuum would be Restorative and Yin Yoga which are cool and slow with very different focuses.WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE?: Basically two aspects. The poses are held for longer, which can be more intense for some body structures.

Kids Yoga is created for primary school aged children between 5-12 years old. There is street parking near Centrelink, there is also a large car park near Coles supermarket and behind Aussie Home Loans on the Kingsway.

Bikram is just amazing. It's a must try if you're trying to improve your physical and mental health. It's incredibly challenging, but the feeling after a class is as incredibly good. The teachers are fantastic, so supportive and friendly. They helped me feel confortable from the very first class. Love it!

When you have bumps in your health sometimes it takes a place like this studio to make you feel alive again. I can only recommend from my experience with a bad back... I use to love running and good hard workouts until I couldn’t!!

As a long time Bikram yogini it is difficult to list the benefits of the practice as they seem to have delicately woven themselves into all facets of life; an invisible amalgam of health and peace! Bikram cultivates a strong body and strong mind, each gentle when the time calls for it.
