EUTHANIZED A COCKIE instead of trying to help it, we think this was not necessary! did not even mention the word euthanize when bought in on 4/09/21, she was told you guys will check his health and let him free later that day....my mum dad and me are terrified, disappointed and shocked. Lied. never again.
5/09/21 told we can pick up the cage and said you euthanized cockie and then asked why she didn't bring cockie to wires!!!!? If you cannot help... set the animal free!
We DO NOT TRUST vets and wires now. Both websites do not mention that they kill animals if they are sick!!!!!

Thank you to the team at Cronulla Veterinary Clinic for rescuing pet bunny girl Piglet and caring for her babies. Such kindness. The Rabbit Sanctuary will continue their care and rehome to indoor homes as companion bunnies. They will be loved and safe. 💕🐰💕

We were looking for a vet for our new puppy. Initial phone interaction with Danika was pleasant, accommodating and very welcoming - instilling positivity and confidence in the service. Reception was welcoming. Jacque spent over an hour with us questioning Boi's history, ensuring she had all information we could provide before informing us of every aspect of puppy care. She instantly displayed her love for animals in the way she interacted with Boi. Highly recommend!

I have been taking my pets to CVC for around 17 years. In all that time I have experienced the most professional amazing treatment in a very caring environment. Thanks to Jacquie and her team of excellent vets and nurses I have enjoyed having happy healthy pets

Positive: Professionalism, Reliability
Very good. Our big husky Simon was hard to appease, but the vets did a great job of getting him on board so they could look at a bloody sore on his tail. It was a little expensive, but I guess trips to the vet always are.

They are super friendly and put a lot of attention into you and your pet. Whenever we have had issues, they follow-up over the next day or so to make sure all is going well! Puppy pre-school was great as well. Honestly, just a bit expensive, but that's really it.

I have never left a google review before but learned how to do so just to make sure people knew how impressive CVC are! I made an appointment for my rabbit after seeing another vet for the past decade and was blown away by the customer service. Jacqui really does go over and above what is expected, she was so generous with her time and thorough with her advice. I was also kept informed that they were running a bit late so I didn't turn up and get stuck in a waiting room forever, which I thought was impressive customer service. 12/10 will return.

Thorough examination of my Assistance Dog and very caring towards my animal. Early diagnosis helped to act promptly to take preventive measures and timely surgery. A very resourceful veterinarian who cares for her four-legged clients. Also I found sound advice and treatment in regards to less common vaccinations.

Highly professional, very friendly and caring team! Dr. Jacqueline is very patient, provides all the answers, the service is always flawless and they check on their patients after the procedures. Our pekingese dog has his dental surgery and went under general anesthesia for the first time, and they did a fantastic job, he showed no signs of stress and was eager to eat right after coming home.
CVC is a great clinic, I highly recommend it!
