The fridge door had been left opened and fridge was off as was the milk, other hotel's/motels at that price supply biscuits, soap, shower cap, shampoo as little extra bonuses. Bed was comfortable , but gave the shower a miss as the room was too cold

Five stars to the amazing hospitality. You were amazing. It was wet and cold and I was late but you guys made sure my room was warm by the time I get in. Even went out of your way to leave food for me in the room. Would surely stay there whenever I'm back in wangratta.

Great place to stay at a reasonable price. Quiet, clean and close to a Coles supermarket. Great Thai food at the entrance too.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, and in a prime location close to all facilities Wangaratta can offer. Can't compare to 5-star hotels, but it's a well maintained place for a budget motel.

We were there for easter weekend, very friendly owner and good service. Rooms were very clean. Coles , McDonald's and the thai restaurant were located in walking distance. Very convenient. Highly recommended. Cheers.

Read to the end! It's dated in decor and design. But that doesn't really bother me. Bed comfortable and cleanâś”. TV haven't used it but it's there. Fridge Not sure how well it's working seems cold"ish" . Has Great Air con. Good off street parking. Has free Unsecured WiFi - There is no encryption. So if your going to use it be aware nothing with passwords just Google. I would say this is not someone doing the wrong thing. Just an older system.
I'm going to say something as I check out may be resolved by the time you check in enjoy Wangaratta it has lots to see and do near by..

I called the Inn from Wodonga at 8pm asking if they had a room available for the night and was told a room would be held for me. Upon arrival I found that somebody else had booked the room online. I was not called or notified prior to arriving, and when I did arrive I was brushed off and told "I can't help you, there's nothing I can do, what do you want me to do about it?". Zero compassion to customers, and zero responsibility for their mistakes.
