Hi, Welcome to Opportunity Fitness, the outdoor personal training specialists in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. Opportunity Fitness provides a range of services including personal training, group training, running clubs and sports specific fitness coaching. Our primary locations are Coogee, Rushcutters Bay, Centennial Park and Queens Park.

Our aim is to provide quality training and advice to everyone we deal with. Our skills are limited not only to the world of fitness, but we also endeavour to educate our clients in all aspects of health. Our focus is on injury prevention, nutrition, motivation, behaviour and enjoyment. What makes us different to other outdoor personal training companies?
Services
We offer 1 on 1 Personal Training Classes. Each class runs for 1hr, and contains exercises specific to your needs. The classes are outdoors but don't necessarily contain endless running. Our focus is to build strength improve your movement but also to give you goals and challenges for you to achieve every class.
Hi, Im the owner of Opportunity Fitness. Growing up I was always passionate about sports and fitness. After finishing school, I moved to Sydney to study Exercise and Sports Science. Through university and private study i've gradually gained the tools required to remain fit and healthy. I can be quite the profectionist, always researching and refining infomation i've gain.
1 on 1 Personal Training Sessions are $65 to $75 depending on the location and time of day. Sessions near Coogee, Queens Park and Maroubra are the cheapest just to cover our travel time. If you'd prefer to pay for your sessions only when you train, we have a session by session cost of $30 for each circuit class.
The exercise library provides technique tips for exercises involving free weights, exercise bands, swiss balls and body weight resistance. The exercises are divided into levels based on the complexity of the movement, the strength required to perform the movement and also the risk or safety of the exercise.
Opportunity Fitness has created a series of running programs to help get you to the finish line. Completing a race successfully is the combined result of your motivation and our effective training programs. Our programs have been professionally designed and include weekly assessments, videos on injury prevention exercises, running drills and circuit training ideas.

I’ve been training with Ben for 2 months and amazed at how quickly my strength, flexibility and body shape goals are being achieved. I absolutely love our training sessions. He makes it fun so I don’t notice how hard my body is working. He’s brilliant at tailoring the challenges to my level of fitness as I progress. We focused on the right muscle training to prevent injury and for optimized performance for my sport. Ben's training is tailored to my level of fitness and sets challenges set as I progress. He makes the sessions intense but still fun, always has some funny story or random facts to share. Definitely recommended.

Ben is a great trainer, he personalises each session to ensure we get the most out of our time and is continually motivating us to do better. We started from a low base and Ben has really helped to improve our fitness every week. We could not recommend Ben highly enough.

Been training with Ben for almost two years now, and I have absolutely no complaints. Its been amazing to see my fitness level change and continue to improve over the past two years. He is a great, high aiming trainer with a wonderful positive attitude. He caters the sessions to everyones fitness levels individually, therefore allowing you to continue pushing yourself and and to continue getting strong. Would very highly recommend

I have been training with Opportunity Fitness for almost 2 years now, and that in itself is a miracle! I went from doing practically no exercise to training twice a week and I am enjoying the benefits everyday. Ben, my trainer, is very knowledgable, and personalises my training routine to my needs and abilities. the fact that I have stuck with him for so long is testament to that! Anybody looking for a positive change or a new start to their training routine should definitely give Opportunity Fitness a go.

I use this personal trainer regularly when I'm in Sydney and its always an absolutely fabulous experience.
If you're after no nonsense, scientific approach to losing weight, gaining weight or just keeping fit, they have it all. Lots of fun in the bargain.
