Located on Inkerman St in St Kilda East, and established over 10 years ago, we offer both personal training/health coaching and small group training.

The Fit Stop, in St Kilda East, is an independently owned & operated personal training & group training facility. We have been here at 240 Inkeman St around 10 years now, with hundreds (or thousands) of local residents having come through our doors. We offer 1-1 personal training and small group training, only from high level, experienced, educated coaches who are in the top tier of the industry.
Have individualised goals which are harder to accommodate for in our small group PT sessions. Have pre-existing injuries or restrictions, postural issues or muscle imbalances to address. Prefer the 1-on-1 environment and attention, and feel you'll get better results from this. We run small group PT sessions every morning and evening, usually consisting of between 4-8 people.

We run small group PT sessions every morning and evening, usually consisting of between 4-8 people. As long as you don't have any major injuries or impairments, its common that our clients will get just as good & sometimes better results training in a small group environment.

You don't have to be super fit or strong to train in these groups, as long as you can do everything with good form and technique, we can adjust and tailor the sessions to match your capabilities.These sessions require a prior booking. Hands-on treatment is an important element that contributes to better movement, better training and better recovery. Fortunately we've grown our own practitioner in house, with our very own Osteopath, trainer & coach, Ethen.

Nothing but good things to say about The Fit Stop. I got great results, lost weight and feel much better!. All the trainers there are great, and give great support.
