Rocket's style of Trigger Point Therapy is designed to unlock tight and overactive muscles in the body, re-aligning posture and treating injuries/niggles, safely and quickly. Exercise performance is enhanced and through tailored rehabilitation, fast recovery time from old injuries/niggles is assured.
NLP uses perceptual, behavioural and communication techniques to make it easier for people to change their thoughts and actions. This process means that goals are achieved faster. Holly specialises in anchoring techniques to change unhelpful patterns in the body relating to pain, injury and posture.

Holly has been an amazing trainer and motivation to me. I've been working with her for 6 weeks now and she already improved my life in so many ways. She is kind and compassionate but also know how to kick your butt (in a good way) and get you to reach your goals. You won't find a more fierce, passionate, dedicated and fun trainer than Holly. She allowed for our hectic schedules and lifestyle constraints through flexible training times. We've even trained with her over FaceTime since moving countries! Her vast repertoire of training methods kept us challenged and excited. Holly is an extremely knowledgeable PT. She pays close attention to ensure you are training correctly and performing each exercise exactly the right way. This was really important to me as other trainers don't seem to have the same level of care or astuteness. My posture, strength, flexibility and of course fitness level is fantastic. I highly recommend Holly and Rocket PT!
