We accept walk-in and booked appointments. We recommend booking at your preferred time as we cannot guarantee wait times for patients who come in without an appointment. Our doctors aim to see all patients in a timely manner. Our appointments are booked in a standard slot of 15-20 minutes which usually allows discussion of one matter.
Medicare Patients with a Centerlink Health Care or Pension Card, or children under 16 will continue to be bulk-billed for Telehealth, provided they have attended the clinic for a Face-to-Face Appointment in the last 12 months. Payment will be collected prior to the consultation, via a secure payment request we send from Hotdoc, or over the phone.

My partner used to come here for a few years as her local GP, but switched after they consistently made her wait an average of 30 minutes to over an hour for each appointment. When my mother in law was here for her second vaccination shot, she was bullied to the point of tears by the staff over a mistake on the practice's behalf. And more often than not you will be met with rude receptionists. Do not recommend, go somewhere else if you're able.

I have been seeing Dr Loukakis at Glebe Medical Centre for 3.5 years now. He is an excellent doctor and has always been very dedicated, compassionate and provided wonderful care. I say this as a doctor myself!
The receptionists are always very willing to help, warm and friendly over the phone and very competent with getting tasks done with short notice.
Throughout Covid as well, they have kept up with standards of hygiene and all infection control regulations.
Highly recommend seeing any of the GPs at Glebe Medical - you won't be disappointed :)

This is a very efficient primary care medical practise. Their patient booking and information collection systems make booking appointments & vaccinations as easy as possible. Immediate Medicare claim handling is a service I really appreciate. Doctors, allied health workers & nurses are all friendly, good listeners & communicators. The facilities are well air conditioned & air filters are in use to create a clean & comfortable waiting room. Having an on-site pathology collection service is also very convenient.

I saw Dr Carol Moon and as soon as I sat down I knew she was going to amazing. She didn't rush me, we discussed all of my concerns, and she listened before telling me what she thought. I was never dismissed or condescended which, unfortunately, I have experienced with most other GPs in the past. I felt respected like I have never felt as a patient in a medical setting. I would recommend her very highly.
