We don't just talk about health and performance, we live it - it's our passion. We lead by example by doing our best to stay in top health all year round and performing at our best everyday. Between us, we have tried and tested various training, rehabilitation, nutrition and supplementation plans, making sure we took the best from each to create unique, customised plans for you.

We've worked with various individuals ranging from up and coming NRL players, to the everyday person wanting to improve their health and appearance. We've had success with our clients by changing the way they think, the way they train and the way they eat. We are all about education, the more our clients know about their health the better.
Services
For our one on one, online and group coaching we have 1 month, 3 month and 6-month options depending on which service you select. All other services do not have a contract. Nutrition is a large part of the coaching process. Your coach will give you the tools you need to develop your own diet that will your goals and your lifestyle.
If you have been living with a chronic health condition, you may be eligible for an Enhanced Primary Care Plan (EPC) or Allied Health Group Services from your GP. An EPC plan is a government initiative aimed at improving and managing chronic health conditions. Depending on your Condition, you may be eligible for up to five (5) visits with an Exercise Physiologisy per calendar year.
The health and fitness industry is full of programs that guarantee 'rapid weight loss in 3 1 week' and 'train like me for a day and you'll look like a pro' or 'take all these expensive supplements and all of your dreams will come true'. The only program that works is the one that works for you. We will find what is going to work for you and plan out your program to fit into your lifestyle.
The long and short of it is that you will receive the exact same service that our face to face clients receive, just without the physical contact. This system will require a little but more internal motivation and drive, so if you are feeling like you may need some more support then we would encourage you to use our one on one coaching in house.
The Performance Sessions were designed by Head Coach Nathan Waters. These sessions are designed to achieve maximal results in the minimum amount of time. Our methods and techniques seems quite unorthodox and borderline aggressive but that's how we are able to achieve the results that we do. These sessions are suitable for all athletes and individuals with both acute and chronic injuries.
