Saves time as I will come to you - no need to waste tine travelling to the gym and then having to rush through your routine. Allows a program to be designed for you based on what you have available - no need to buy fancy equipment. I specialise in bodyweight exercises as I believe these types of exercises offer the best overall general workout.

You can move from one exercise to another without delay increasing the effectiveness of the workout. Exercises are functional - you use your own body and usually do movements that you would normally do throughout the day. They can be done anyway and with little space required - No need to miss training just because you can't get to the gym.
Services
People often have problems with exercise selection as they may not be able to do them correctly. I can show you how to modify exercises to allow you to do them at your current strength/fitness level and body shape. Also we can adjust your exercises going forward to ensure that you continue to benefit from them and do not plateu.

Rick is very knowledgeable and caters his workouts to his clients. He is also very flexible so when life throws a curve ball he will ensure a new time can be organised very easily. My partner and I used Rick for over a year and would continue to do so if we were not moving interstate.

Fantastic, passionate, motivating, friendly, creative and professional. He tailor-made training routines for us, young and old (2 are 68+), to make training interesting and enjoyable. He has been a trainer for my whole family for 7 years. We have fun in it. He also trained my staff and church volunteers in groups. They all enjoyed and benefited from it.
