Everbody very welcoming, extremely well organised All trainers are at the top of their game very professional and helpful to everyone of all levels of fitness. There is a great mix of classes .Food provided is delicious and nourishing.

Im disappointed to have to leave a negative review at this time of year but I would prefer to caution others. I signed up to a 3 month special of 10 euro a month back in October 2020 after a few weeks I felt it wasn't for me and left Facebook group and didn't take part in anymore classes. As I thought I only signed up for 3 months I followed to pay 10euro a month which I was sure would expire in December2020. However I had the surprise of seeing 20 euro debited from my account in January 2021. I contacted the pure results straight away and they explained I signed up to an ongoing subscription which
