Real Results Fitness offers outdoor group personal training, boot camp and run club sessions in Oatley, in Sydney's St George area. A great alternative to the gym. Head trainer Sean Connell is taking a fresh approach to fitness in Sydney's St George area, delivering accurate programs for locals who lead busy lives but still wish to make fitness a priority. Most of our classes are run at Oatley Memorial Park rather than at a gym - with Oatley Public School Hall available in case of rain.

Owner and head trainer, Sean (pictured above) has a passion for providing the local community with a results-based fitness program that is fun and ever-changing. Sean and his team of trainers will help you get to that goal, no matter how big or small, in a unique group environment. Anthony is a Primary school teacher by trade facilitating sports programs for youngsters to be their best!
At Real Results Fitness we take the best out of one-on-one personal training and make hard work easy in an outdoor group environment. There are classes for all ages and fitness levels including boot camp. So whether it's trimming up for summer or training for a sports event we WILL get you there. Book in for a trial session today!

By the end of last year I was 10kg heavier, grossly unfit, depressed at the thought of shopping for clothes and tired ALL the time. It was time to get serious about my health. I called Sean and together with nutritionist Lauren Deacon we embarked on a strict weight-loss and fitness program. I couldn't believe how quickly the weight began to fall off.

Great variety of locations, never the same activities and very individually focussed training. Also quite social with a very friendly group of customers in each session.

Sean and his team have great experience in getting the best from your body and the outdoor fitness experience is great for the body and soul. As a Sports Physio he is a great resource to take clients to elite fitness

Sean has helped me achieve great things as my personal trainer. Before, I was overweight and felt bloated. After about six months, I've lost weight, have improved posture and I'm more muscular. We work together in Oatley Park and the beautiful surroundings make the session much more enjoyable than the gym. Sean is a deep thinking PT and sees the client as a whole person, with physical and mental needs, and understands the relationship between them. I recommend him highly.

I love the fact that we are training outdoors in beautiful surroundings. The classes are always varied and sometimes tailored to people who have any physical problems. The people are always so friendly. And mostly Sean is a dedicated trainer. He wants the best for his clients.
