She has personally threatened me that she knows everyone at qcat? What does that tell you straight away she's at qcat all the time she's in court!!

These guys are a joke. They got nasty when we didn't wanna renew our lease even tried to offer us bigger rentals considering us valued tenants. But have since been giving us a bad reference to real estates, I had an agent from a different real estate call me today to ask what their go was because we sound like the perfect tenants & they were confused as to why we had a bad reference & rectified it for us.
We moved in to their property when it was filthy they sent a cleaner out a few days later for the bond clean & the cleaner was literally there for 13 minutes just vaccuming a window sill. I told

Luckily i did record the whole conversation even though she called me anonynynously, just listened it again and i'm pretty sure that is the name she mentioned.
However, please do correct me if i'm not right because i need to know the name of lady that i spoken with, and i would like to get a formal apology from her as i do feel very insulted about the way she talked to me and the word that she use to describled me.
I do have the fact and evidence and i already reported it to ACCC and fair trading, will send through the recording if they need it

Carrie Brogden literally is the worst rental agent I ever seen.
She used the word “disgusting” to describe my partner while we were just wanting to get our bond refunded, which should be done a month ago, and I guess she doesn’t have right to hold our bond as a rental agent.
She also threatening to kick us out from the property we are renting during the lockdown period, just because we haven’t pay our rents two weeks ahead. We always pay our rents on time and this is the first time that we are paying it a little bit late than usual, everyone could experience financial difficulty during

Avoid avoid avoid! If you can't avoid them, go through the entry report with a fine tooth comb, note every scratch, every imperfection. MRA is one of the dodgiest real estates we've dealt with in our years of renting. Very poor customer service standards towards tenants including from the director of the company (very much like dealing with Centrelink - quick to respond if tenant at fault, takes weeks if the owner needs to attend to it). We had to issue notice to remedy breach to get air con repaired, and neighbours issued notice to get smoke alarm fixed that didn't work. They also include a special

MRA are known in the business as being strict with the management of their properties. MRA properties are kept to a high standard for all parties. Rent arrears, uncleanliness and intended damage is unacceptable in a MRA home. Respect works both way in this industry - if you cannot respect the home you live in, then you will be shown the door from any good property manager. As an investor, I would not trust any other agency to manage my property.

Unlike previous experiences renting in Qld through various agencies, we have a very positive experience torugh Merlot (MRA). All staff are a pleasure to deal with, trustworthy, and very correct and prompt in adressing any enquiries. The house was in great condition when we had the key handover, and they handled our break lease (because we purchased a house) very professionally.
