My tenants moved out because I wanted to sell my property. They didn't leave the house the same way they moved into it, they needed to clean it up. As soon as they left the property communication with rma has been awful. They don't respond to my phone calls asking for them to call me, they don't answer my questions in emails and some emails they don't respond to. I ask for their professional opinion on what the tenants should or should not be responsible for and they offer no advice in return.

ATTENTION: Avoid them being your property manager would be one of the best decisions you could make in your investment journey. I purchased a property that was previously managed by RMA for years, and during the sales process, it came to attention to all parties including sales agent, sellers, me (buyer) that they failed to manage the property miserably as the property has way too many maintenance/repair issues that have been neglected by RMA for years. Tenants actually advised that RMA has not inspected the property for a very long time and no one knows if that is the case, how did they come up

Our experience with RMA has been excellent so far. In particular, we have high regards for the Business Development Manager, Melinda Moorhouse, who has always gone above and beyond her call of duty to inspect properties for us, and making sure that we understand what we are required to do to comply with the landlord's obligations. We would highly recommend their services to anyone who is looking for a property manager in South Perth.

I don’t have an option of giving zero stars. Terrible service. Our property ( rental property) was managed by Defritas and Ryan which was taken over by RMA Perth a couple of years. Emma was the property manager managing our property. When the last tenant moved out of the property, the agency was trying to hand over with out even doing a professional clean. When questioned they were unresponsive, kept passing the responsibility from one person to another. The whole ordeal went on for 6 months. The agency claimed that they used professional cleaner. But Emma from the agency inspected the property

We rented for many years and have never had such a good experience with a real estate, in fact, we usually don't have good experiences renting. Christine was our real estate agent and was an absolute pleasure to deal with and a credit to the company and owner. She is professional, kind and understanding. Her responses were prompt and nothing was ever a hassle. We have now moved into our very own house; if we were ever to sell, rent or even lease a house RMA would be the first real estate we would call. Very happy renters and would 100% recommend to any potential renter or owner.

Christine Alessi has been our property manager for about two years.
