Reception was excellent, very helpful and accommodating. Gave us an early check in. Booked a one bedroom executive apartment, beautiful. First time to Melbourne and they made to my first impression great. Will definitely stay with them again. We stayed in docklands, don't need a car, everything is within walking distance. Thanks guys

The apparent doesn’t include all what’s advertised on booking websites, arrived to the property and was disappointed as what we expected wasn’t there, wanted to escalated the issue to the property manager, but he basically showed us the “ I don’t care attitude “, with him yelling on the phone and demonstrating very poor customer service
During the stay , the Appartments lacks Basic things , example we booked a 4+ people appartment but there was only 3 towels and 3 body wash soaps provided , so each one was allowed to have just one shower !

Overall we had a fantastic stay with ACD Apartments. We stayed in a three bedroom apartment on the 13th floor and the view of the docks and surrounding city buildings was beautiful (especially at night). This was also enhanced by the large window in our apartment which covered two walls in the open dining/kitchen/lounge area. Everything in the apartment was clean and neat when we checked in (though there were some stains on the carpet, but it IS carpet after all...). They also provided basic bathroom amenities (soaps, toilet paper etc.) and there were many kitchen utensils and equipment in the

Mid week prices make this place great value. I had a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom and it was spacious and had some great views of the dock and the eye. Kitchen has all the essential appliances and bathrooms were alot nicer than most hotel bathrooms. The apartment was showing minor signs of wear like some missing dimmer knobs, scuffed floors and marks on the wall but none of these things really affect the quality of your stay. I really enjoyed staying here and I will be back again.

We were mostly very impressed with our room which was incredibly spacious and comfortable. There were a few spots here and there that weren't sparkling clean but room was overall neat and tidy. We had great views overlooking the water which was nice, as well as free trams, restuarants and cafes all within walking distance. Only complaint was that the air-con in our room did not work, and when we reported it to reception we were told they would see what they could do and then never heard back from them. We only stayed one night so this wasn't the end of the world. Overall, it's a good place to stay

Quite good. Gave 4 stars (rather than 3) because we were upgraded from 3 bedroom to Sub-Penthouse. Only because we were told room was ready when it wasn't. Came before check in time as we were told we could check in early but then had to wait around for 3 hours. Still pretty good service by staff by doing the upgrade and allowing late check out.
Cleanliness is quite low. No daily house keeping. Check in is separate from apartment building, very limited hours so if you're looking for the ease of a hotel experience, this is the wrong place. The apartment is huge, views are amazing and sound proofing
