Lisa's classes have evolved through her yogic experiences to the unique style she offers today, classes are developed from ancient yogic wisdom and adapted to the needs of modern living offering postures, breathing practices and yoga nidra for students of all levels and ability, join Lisa on your journey to health & well being.

I Have been personally practising yoga for 30 years + & teaching for 16 years, I have a Diploma of Health (Yoga) and an Advanced Diploma of Yoga Teaching. I am an Ayurvedic Consultant, Bowen Therapist & Reiki Master. I have travelled to India many times for personal retreat, further training & in recent years leading Yoga Ayurveda Wellness Holidays to Southern & Northern India, as well as Yoga Wellness Holidays to Fiji, Nepal, Hawaii.
Monday - Petrie General class 11-00am - 12-15pm - Fernwood Women's Health Club members only - visitors passes available. Tuesday - North Lakes General class 9.30 - 11.00am - The Corso Community Centre -all welcome. Wednesday - Petrie General class 11.00am- 12.15pm - Fernwood Women's Health Club members only - visitors passes available.

Together we have combined our unique experience & expertise, Liz a tour designer with many years experience in travel and tourism and herself a practitioner of yoga, myself a Yoga teacher and Ayurvedic consultant, with a passion for Yoga, Ayurveda (the sister science of yoga) and the healing arts, I have many years experience in both teaching yoga and travelling through India & beyond.Together we offer you a truly wonderful experience.
Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice from India. Yoga Nidra means psychic sleep. When one is on the borderline between sleep & wakefulness, there is a state of inner awareness & contact with both the subconscious & the higher conscious. The systematic practice of Yoga Nidra brings a deep level of physical, mental & emotional relaxation enabling you to switch off the mind & let go of stress.
