Spokes

Not a great experience. It took 7 days for a standard service. When I got it home I noticed a 40 mm scratch in the frame through to the steel. Their response was that they didn't notice it so it's not their responsibility. Took the bike for ride and noticed the gears are skipping and the front brake still squeaky. This is a $7k bike and the post sale care is poor

Another fantastic experience having my Nihola electric cargo trike serviced here. The bike is a bit of a contraption and strikes fear into the eyes of some bike technicians haha but not these guys. They are helpful, friendly and quick. Being able to book online is really convenient but they are also flexible. First time I came here I braced myself for the bill but they are incredibly reasonably priced and the work is great. Thanks crew - we will be back.

Thank you for fixing the flat rear tire of my cargo bike on the same day. Also excellent bike services from regular routine to full overhaul of my old bike recently.

Awesome place for bike repairs, including for those (like me) who know nothing about their bike - the last time I went there they kindly fixed my minor tyre issue for free, and they're reasonably priced anyway. Highly recommended.

I stopped in at the shop to ask advice about my breaks which didn’t seem to be working as well as normally suddenly. The bike was looked at quickly and the guy told me it needed new break cables. He went on to ask about how often it’s serviced, which was about 10 months previously. He said most bikes are serviced between 3-9 months and that it was therefore in need of one.
I service my bike about every 18months, or as it needs it- I ride a lot and I don’t believe it is compulsory to have a full service this often, if it’s riding well.

Updated 11/2020: Just took my bike in for a post lockdown service and repair. My 10yr old bike runs better than new (again!). Thanks team!
