We prefer to work by an appointment system as this allows us to provide you with optimal care and services. Our phones are open from 7:30am to take your bookings. You can make an appointment with your doctor by telephoning the practice or by online booking.

Terrible service, wish I could rate zero stars. Contracted covid, so sick, telehealth appointments are useless as no one is prepared to help you, blame shifting to other docs when they screw up your medical certificate, reception staff are extremely uncaring and unhelpful, no follow through, zero sympathy. No wonder they have so many available appointments on the same day!

I have the had multiple awful experiences here, as have friends of mine. If I could give a lower than 1 star - I would.
The receptionist is so rude and genuinely seems like she doesn't want to be there.
I absolutely do not recommend this clinic, you'd be better off driving to Morningside or another close by suburb and attending their local doctors because this is quite literally the worst clinic I've ever visited.
When I asked where I could complain the receptionist was unbelievably rude and told me I could go to the health ombudsmen but they wouldn't listen to me. I don't even know how this

Booked online for telephone consultation at 11am and waited for the whole day. No doctor call at all. No one answered phone, went to reception and said will receive call shortly but guess what, no one call. If the doctor won’t be able to call, don’t accept the appointment online. If the doctor accepted the appointment, they should call as your patients are waiting.

Absolutely useless. I saw Dr Anwarul Hoque. I came here straight from work as I put my back out and have done so in the past, so I needed a referral to a physio or osteo with at least five sessions as well as some decent painkillers to help me sleep. Last time I went to the hospital it was that bad but I didn’t want to go this time because of everything going on with Covid. He told me that he couldn’t do any of that for me and sent me away with a prescription for painkillers that I probably could’ve bought over the counter. I’m now going to have to go see another doctor just to get what

Was refused to get help with my blocked nose for no reason at all.
My appointment with dr Sandirasegraram Abraham took about 45 sec. I even didn't get an explanation what was wrong with me or the situation. The doctor got extimely stressed and nervous and told me to get away and find an another doctor.
He left me with just guesses what could happen to him. He left a room, avoided an eye contact and completely ignored my questions, repeating100 times that he couldn't do anything.
I've been to this place few times and every time I see rude and not caring people, sorry, I can't call them professionals

I have been a long time patient here and I can agree with previous reviews that the receptionists have been curt and rude. However, I think they have changed staff as in recent visits they have been professional, polite and efficient.
Dr Abraham is the absolute best. He will always crack a joke to put a smile on your face, and also listen attentively and provide effective health solutions without making you feel like there is any rush. He also respects patient autonomy and involvement in decisions that concern their own treatment by fully explaining everything which I love.

Refused care for my 85 year old grandma. We received notice that they were refusing to see her again and to go elsewhere. The receptionist refused to discuss the issue and would not escalate to the manager. Took over 3 weeks of trying to get scripts refilled for long term conditions that they had been treating only to be told to find a new GP practice.

The worst practice I have ever been too. Receptionist is rude and unpleasant to deal with on every single seperate occasion I have dealt with them. I have seen numerous different doctors from this practice and it appears to be a reoccurring theme that they simply do not care about their patients. I have sat in the consultation rooms for 10-15 mins with no eye contact throughout an entire appointment. I have witnessed Dr. Devika complain how much work is required for her to complete a mental health care plan. I honestly do not know how this practice is still open to the public.

A little disappointing to get a phone call saying the doctor your appointment was with has cancelled his shift and no longer coming in and only being able to offer 1 alternate time being within 10 min of the call , and now my child completely misses out with no other appointments available anywhere. More time off work to cater to an unorganised and quiet unprofessional practice.

Doctors are Condescending, dismissive and uninterested in listening. Seemingly not taking month long impaired breathing, tiredness, sore throat, severe fatigue and muscle weakness seriously.
Not given opportunity to explain symptoms properly. Talked over repeatedly.
Asked irrelevant personal details like how much money I earned, state of my mental health, who my psychs were, when my appointments were, where my parents lived, where I lived, whether I felt like harming myself then assumed I was just depressed.
If I ever was going harm myself this interaction would have been an adequate catalyst
