A great, small studio offering a range of different yoga classes for all abilities. The teachers are all very friendly, calm and professional and will take the time to make sure you are doing the moves correctly. I always leave the class feeling refreshed, happier and calmer. Would highly recommend both for beginners and for more experienced yoga practitioners.

I love For the Folk Yoga and Wellness!
It's a small tranquil studio with wonderful teachers that take time to make sure you are doing the poses correctly and offer modifications to suit your needs. For the Folk have a well rounded class timetable allowing you to try different styles of yoga to find the ones you love!
I first found out about this lovely studio through their Saturday morning classes in partnership with the Live Well Logan program and after a few sessions, I was keen to learn more so I signed up for the six week introduction to yoga class run by Melissa, which gave me the tools

For the folk yoga and wellness is a fabulous place to learn and practice all facets of yoga. As an older person who had never done any form of yoga I found all the teachers exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. The classes are fun and the teachers will always help you make adjustments if the poses are out of reach for you. An excellent studio to help you on your wellness journey.
