Simply Pilates
To give you the best possible start Simply Pilates recommends a minimum of 3 to 5 Private sessions to begin with. These will form the base of your assessment and allow us to guide you into the Pilates Method and also match you with an appropriate group. Wear something you feel comfortable to work out in.

It can range from tights to tracksuit pants, from singlets to t shirts. Very loose shorts are not always the best option as sometimes your legs will be up in the air. For Pilates classes you can be bare foot or wear socks or purchase grip socks at the studio. For the Booty Barre classes we recommend either bare feet or ballet slippers.
Services
Simply Pilates was founded by Alison Percic and Sandra Percic in 2002. It is a classical Pilates studio which means it aims to preserve the principles of Joseph Pilates, and to teach them with the utmost integrity. The Pilates method is a fitness movement system developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates.
Alison was very lucky that she was able to start dancing and Yoga at a very early age as her parents are very active people, and this instilled a love for movement. After completing her Bachelor of Science degree, she moved to New York and lived there for 5 years where she found her true passion - Pilates.
Each 12 Week Guide has been created in a professional and comprehensive easy to download digital book. Starting with our Beginner's Guide, the 6 key Pilates Principles are explained in detail. Each workout during the 12 weeks is presented in simple format, making it easy for anyone to get started, irrespective of age or fitness levels.
To give you the best possible start Simply Pilates recommends a minimum of 3 to 5 Private sessions to begin with. You may then choose of course to continue with Private sessions which are completely individualised, or may want to join a semi.
Our main focus is always what's best for YOU. This means that we cannot allow injured people into a group class. If you are not sure what is best for you, please feel free to call us and talk to one of our experienced Instructors who can guide you to a workout that is most suitable for you and your goals.

It’s coming up nearly 2 years of Pilates with the amazing Classically trained Sandra. At 68 I am doing things I couldn’t do 20 years ago.
Can not recommend these guys more highly enough.
I can’t wait for this Covid stuff to pass and get back into it.
I have tried, Tai Chi, Martial Arts, Yoga, Feldenkrais and several other strategies
This Pilates is something I want to do for the rest of my life.

I do two different Booty Barre classes a week here and I love it! All the instructors are fabulous and are passionate about what they teach. Classes are for all ages, enjoyable, fun, affordable and most of all get great results! I thoroughly enjoy coming here on a weekly basis. Once you start, you won't be able to stop!
