Founded in 2016, Flex Fitness Australia was created for locals by locals. Almost 5 years on Flex Fitness Australia is one of Wynnum's biggest group training facilities. With a massive emphasis on weights based training the team at Flex have crafted the special formula to get results. At Flex Fitness Australia we believe in what we do and want to help as many people reach their goals as possible.
Psyche yourself up and get ready to hit some PB's in this 35 minute strength session comprised of multi-join, compound lifts that give you the biggest bang for your buck! Focusing on the finer points of technique you will move through the circuit at a slower pace allowing you time to recover and attack each exercise with everything you've got.
During our 8 Week Challenge you receive rotating meal plans that are customized to you and updated every fortnight! That means not eating the same boring food everyday and enjoying a variety of tasty meals and snacks throughout the entire 56 days of the challenge.

We also have an amazing little recipe e-book which has heaps of recipe ideas to keep you inspired over the 8 weeks as well as new recipes week-to-week based on the challengers likes and dislikes.

Doing a Flex Fitness 8 weeks challenge is one of the best investments of time, effort and money I have made for my wellbeing. Right from the start the entire awesome Flex crew made me feel welcome and set up for success. They provided encouragement and support every step of the way and created a challenge community of like minded people cheering each other on to reach our personal goals. Do it. Flex is not like any other gym I’ve been to. From beginners to advanced there is something for everyone here. This gym is all about group training, with weights classes, functional training and hiit - no class is the same. You can adapt each class to your level of fitness meaning you can work out with you friends no matter what your level of fitness is. And the trainers are watching you as you are working out and are there to assist and support you every step. Great vibe, community focused, Wynnum get amongst!!

I was in a very poor condition. I was eating poorly, drinking too much and not doing any exercise. I was the heaviest I had ever been - Things had to change. Along came the flex 8 week challenge and I am so glad I signed up. A very supportive environment where coaches and fellow participants are all very willing to help. Exciting classes and an enjoyable healthy eating plan has meant that I have achieved my goals.
A huge thank you to the flex fitness community. Things had derailed for me but you have helped me get things back on track.

I love training at Flex!! I have been training here for over a year now and just finishing my first 8 week challenge. I love the variety of classes and find it very affordable compared to other functional gyms. Rhys and James are both passionate, informative and fun instructors. Come in and give it a try, the flexfam are very welcoming! 😁

Just completing my third challenge at Flex and I'm so happy with my progress since starting here. Everyone is so friendly and motivating and this is what brings me back every morning. I love that all the classes are different, the workouts are never boring and they also cater to various fitness levels. Love it here !!

By far the best gym i have attended. The staff the trainers and everyone in between make you feel welcome, resulting in positive outcomes for my fitness goals. Great classes, a positive vibe and the tunes to go with it while doing a class. Multiple Flex Challenge participant with results i am truly happy about. I highly recommend Flex to anyone, you will not be disappointed.
