The key to success is creating the right environment that provides consistency, accountability, builds knowledge, confidence and is sustainable. Coaching clients through correct lifting techniques, guiding and educating better lifestyle habits and giving encouragement and the extra nudge to reach higher levels of fitness, health, strength, movement and performance.

I believe in a safe and sustainable approach to training. The goal is to help you reduce pain, improve your quality of movement and get in the best shape of your life. I use evidence-based strength and conditioning principles combined with 16 years of experience to create a program that is structured, varied which keeps you both engaged, challenged and progressing forward.

There is a lot of noise out there now a days in the fitness industry. A lot of contradicting programs and I'm not surprised your confused on what is the most effective way to achieve your goal. Unfortunately a lot of this 'stuff' you read and see on social media is false or sugar coated to sound exciting and interesting.
Personal Challenge Fitness provides Health and Fitness solutions to the local community and online programs for others around the globe or for those who want more flexibility. Matt has coached hundreds of people improve their lifestyle and transform their body through nutrition coaching, specific and structured training and helped many through :.
There are more gyms, online guru's and personal trainers than ever before and yet we are all still not improving the health related statistics. Most people fail to keep the weight off long term as they are trying to follow a diet plan which simply doesn't match their food and exercise.

Through this transformation program you will build a clear understanding and foundation without counting a single calorie, improve on strong habits and combine the knowledge with Strength Training.As a certified Sports Nutritionist, I personally guide you with my 16 years of 1st hand experience. Personal transformation coaching and first hand experience having lost over 23 kg's and keeping it off for over 20 years!.
Structured weight training in a small group of no more than 4 people from my personal training studio in Manly. This program creates a fantastic positive atmosphere for you to perform your best, while still having plenty of individual attention with priority on lifting correctly and improving range of movement.
Offering both face to face OUTDOOR BOXING FITNESS and INTERVAL TRAINING from the park plus ONLINE (via Zoom) HIIT group fitness classes for those who aren't local or want more flexibility. Most clients combine the two options with the support and community aspect along with the benefits of high energy training from your own home to save time but still have a huge amount of accountability from me, your trainer!.

I started working with Matt about 6 months ago and do one on one sessions (could be longer the time has gone so fast). I have MS and when a friend recommended him I connected with Matt through MS QLD. We have been working on my strength so that when/if things get a bit harder I’ll be stronger. Matt has been amazing and always adjusts the workout if I have pain or discomfort. I’ve even seen a difference in my bingo arms! Thank you!!!

As a mum of two young kids, it's been amazing having a regular training spot in Matt's personal training class each week. He tailors the workout to my abilities, with enough of a gentle push to reach my goals and make sustainable change. Would highly recommend PCF, whether it be ICE (bootcamps), FIRE or personal training. Well worth it 👌

I put on 10kg during ISO 😳 but thankfully lost almost all of it in 3 months with Matt’s online boot camps. Love the high intensity sessions which see quick results in conjunction with a healthy diet. Matt is friendly and encouraging and caters to suit everyone. I actually find exercise enjoyable now! 😂🤷‍♀️💪

Hi. I joined Personal challenge fitness in February. I am 70 years old and had never done anything like it before. I’ve lost 7.5 kilos on the MP program and feel much stronger. Some of my older clothes now fit! I would certainly recommend PCF. You are never too old!!!!

I have been doing the small group outdoor sessions for years now. It has been such a great way to stay active. Beautiful setting down by the water, friendly fun people to train with, and the variety and expertise that Matt brings to each session, make this class a fantastic place to stay fit. would recommend to anyone 👍😀

I signed up with Matt to do the FIRE program and MP nutrition plan and cannot recommend Matt enough - his support, encouragement and motivation is fantastic. Being someone who has never done weights before I thoroughly enjoyed it and I have learnt so much.

We have just completed 9 months weight and flexibility training with Matt for my 2 dodgy knees and Jeff recovering from 2 hip replacements in the past 3 yrs. Matt's encouragement and training program has been invaluable and we have thoroughly enjoyed our time getting the benefit of increased mobility and strength. It has given us a tremendous… boost and are very motivated to continue our exercise path to keep the joints pain free and maintain muscle strength. We can't thank Matt enough and highly recommend his methods, as he lives and breathes his philosophies. 😀

As a small business owner myself I cherish my time. I spend less than two hours a week with Matt and my whole outlook on fitness and nutrition has changed dramatically. I trained with Matt from Personal Challenge Fitness on Weights and Nutrition for over 12 months. In that time I lost just over 24 Kg and I feel great! Being overweight and lacking confidence I found taking the first step was the toughest but after my free consult I left feeling excited about the journey I was about to begin. Matt goes the extra mile to make you feel like a real person and not just another client in for a 45min session, he is just as invested in your journey as you are and the support he offers, especially in those tough "I cant do it" moments is invaluable and a credit to him.

I've just completed 4 months of Matt's I.C.E. and 3 months of F.I.R.E. and have had amazing results. I started with Matt when I turned 50 and very out of shape with joint pain. In only a short time I've lost 13 kgs, don't have anymore joint pain and have developed muscles I didn't even know I had. It was definitely Matt's support and training sessions that pushed me into achieving such great results, I can't thank matt enough.

I signed up with PCF and to the MP Nutrition to improve my fitness and health which was the best decision I have ever made. I have signed up to other programs before but never gotten the results I wanted, but… with PCF I saw results straight away not only in my body but my mindset. I highly recommend PCF if your looking to improve your fitness and health.

I have been doing Bootcamp with PCF for 4 years and absolutely love it ! There are 5 sessions a week (at a great price ), a choice of am or pm and you can go to as many or few as you like which works perfectly for me as a changeable shift worker. Each session is different , fun and challenging and the group of clients are a great mix of abilities and personalities and Matt the trainer caters fabulously for them all!! I'm addicted !!

I have done I.C.E and F.I.R.E and MP Nutrition and also 1:1 training session's with Matt over the last couple of years.Matt always encourages you to do the best you can and then try to do better. I find that he encourages everyone and is very supportive of everyone that goes to his session and there is always something different in every session we do. I would highly recommend his business to anyone that wants to be fitter and healthier and also to improve their lifestyle choices. I enjoy my session's and hope you will too.
