I have been seeing Catherine for a few months now and I can definitely see the improvements in myself. I am much stronger now and fitter. I am loving my muscles on my arm and back. Services
Live Right Personal Training is owned and run by Catherine Sheather. It is an indoor and outdoor based training service, helping all ages reach their health and fitness goals. The home based gym is in the centre of Manly and is full equipped with everything you need to reach your goals with no membership fees, in a private and friendly atmosphere.
Packages and other pricing are available on a individual basis; please ask for further details. If you wish to cancel your personal training session, you must contact your trainer at least 12 hours prior to the commencement of your session. If you fail to do so you will be charged the full fee of the session and your session will be forfeited.
Private Sessions - The most effective way to achieve your fitness goals is to book in Private 1-on-1 Personal Training Sessions. Designed workouts to suit your needs and fully focused on you. Shared Sessions - means, pair up with another friend or one of my clients and you'll share my attention. We'll work on your custom program, but you get to save money and train at a time that might otherwise be unavailable.
Small Group Training is similar to 1-on-1 Training, except you are training with 2 or 3 of your friends or family. You get to split the cost of the session amongst the people in the group. The session is run according to what the groups goals are, so it's best to find people with similar fitness goals.
It is designed to boost your fitness, rocket your energy levels & get massive results in the shortest amount of time possible. This type of training involves cycles of short-burst high-intensity activity interspersed by recovery that aims to improve aerobic fitness. Because intensity is high, the duration of the session is short - any longer than 30 minutes and it's not a HIIT workout.
