I have been seeing Patty for PT for about 3 months now and recommend him very highly. I have had some average experience with personal trainers in the past, but Patty’s approach is different and he seems to know just how much to work me for it to be challenging but not too much. Patty is really nice and encouraging without being the stereotypical or over the top trainer. Thanks Patty.

After returning to fitness, I was anxious about intense group training and being pushed into activity that I’d really struggle with. Been training with Patty for over 1 year now, previously before I started with Patty I was at the chiro every week, sometimes twice a week with back pain. He has helped me focus on the right parts of my body and building the muscles in the correct areas needed to overcome the back pain. The chiro is now only every 2 months and it's only for a adjusting not with for back pain.

Having trained with a well known fitness studio for a few years I was passionate about training but realised that I needed to revisit how I was training for my long term health and fitness. Patty has been amazing at understanding this. In my first session he was able to point out all the parts of my body that I was struggling with simply by watching my technique. Patty, above all else, is an awesome human. I’m lucky enough to call him my trainer and now friend. Would highly recommend Patty, great knowledge and creates a custom plan that suits your needs and helps with your diet to reach your personal goals. For me he helps me with training directed at the sport that I play. Personally I’m not great with training motivation but he makes it fun and challenging. Also training with my partner he challenges us both and his ability to train us together while focusing on our different goals is extremely professional.

I've been training with Patty for a few months now, I can honestly say it's a highlight of my week! He's a wonderful trainer, very knowledgable, warm and welcoming. He can instantly tell which parts of your body are hurting and need to be strengthened in order for best outcomes. When I started I had a lot of back/knee/shoulder pain so he started me… on a rehab program first. I now feel the healthiest and fittest I've ever been. Patrick is a fab trainer - we have focused on specific areas where I need help for my favourite sports - cycling and skiing. Even recently while I have not been 100% health-wise he has helped me recover and do some localised exercises to get results. On the food and diet front he knows what's important and makes allowances - not that I'm a lush or anything but I love a glass of wine and so integrating that into my regime works for me! I love working with Patty!
