It's very close to the train station and adjacent to Footscray's Arts/heritage precinct. Also near the Maribyrnong river and its walking/bike riding paths. We think a major attraction is it's a low rise quality development minus the useless features (no swimming pool, no library, no residents' dining room etc....all of which would add to body corporate fees). It has a gym and for SOHO apartment residents, a roof top garden....perfect. Looking forward to moving in.
