Cristian is really great. I just recently started training but I noticed a positive change in my appearance already!!! In addition to that I feel happier and more motivated. Cristian is very flexible with timing (which is important!!!) and can find approach/right program to every individual. Our sessions are always exiting and I learn new exercises. I definitely recommend Cristian to anyone looking for great quality personal training on ANY level of fitness.

Due to lockdown and wanting to get fit while enjoying the weather outside, I reached out to Cristian to train me and my family (3 of us). It's been a great, full body workout in addition to our weekly routines. Cristian is very patient and has a flexible approach to train us. He knows that everyone is different and progresses at different paces, sometimes with injuries, and sometimes we're just tired. He changed things up accordingly. The exercises are different every week and he motivates us to do better every time. Overall, very fun and enjoyable trainings.

Great PT in the park with a variety of exercises and use of equipment to suit my ability. Cristian always listens when I may need to take certain exercises slow (previous injuries) which makes all the difference when building my confidence up with training

So relieved to have found Cristian just before the lengthy Sydney lockdown! Cristian delivered an easy transition from outdoor training to video sessions. He is motivating and positive (but tough when you need that extra push). Would highly recommend Angeli Mobile Personal Training whether under lockdown or not!

We’ve been working with Cristian now for over a year and our fitness level has definitely improved. He mixes up the exercises each PT session so nothing gets boring and he modifies if you have any issues. We also enjoy his company and that makes a big difference when your meeting at 6 in the morning :-)

Christian has been training me and a couple of my mates as a group for 4 weeks now. It been great, well priced, full body workouts. He’s really flexible considering there have been three of us to work around. Would recommend him to anyone looking to kickstart a fitness regime.

I recently welcomed my second baby in January, during my pregnancy I gained a lot of weight. After his birth I was lacking in confidence and unsure of where to start my fitness journey. I found Cristian online and have been training with him weekly, so far I have lost 4kgs and am feeling more confident as my body changes. He trains me at my home which is very convenient as my baby sits in his bouncer and happily watches. Cristians workouts are high intensity and enjoyable - he mixes it up each time to help me reach my goals. He has also provided me with helpful tips about eating habits.
