I completed an 8 week training package with GoodShape PT and during that time I managed to lose 5.6 kilos. Such an amazing trainer and he really did pick me up when I thought I'd hit the end of the road.

At GoodShape PT we adopt a holistic approach addressing mobility, strength and stamina to help you achieve your goals. We design every session ourselves, meaning each session is perfectly balanced to push your limits but keeping the training fun! We use a variety of exercises, equipment and training methods.

Breathe in fresh air and get some Vitamin D with our outdoor group training located in Rozelle, just 5 minutes from Balmain and Lilyfield.
Personal training outdoors in Rozelle is the perfect way to catch some Vitamin D, whilst avoiding cramped, unwelcoming gyms. No matter your fitness level, our personal training sessions will be tailored to your ability and goals! We understand that some people want the one-on-one attention, maybe to build your confidence or to help you stay accountable.
Your trial will begin with your first session. If you purchase your trial today, and book into your first session next Monday, you will have 14 days of unlimited access to our boot camps starting from that Monday. So you can come and try as many sessions as you like. If in that period something happens e.g.

Have been a member of Goodshape for 5 years. Fabulous and fun class with experienced trainers - Nick and Aidan. Being out in the park in the sunshine (even in winter) and working out with this group, is a great way to start your day!

GoodShape bootcamp classes are a great mix of strength and cardio, in a pretty social and fun environment. Nick and Aidan are great trainers, and will push you as much as you want, but arent the intense type of trainers who yell you into submission. They make training enjoyable, and make it worth getting out of bed early. I have been attending for about 5 years, and still enjoy going.

A good fun and friendly group to train with. The group has a mixture of abilities with some just getting back into exercise and others trying to extend themselves.
Nick and Aiden are there to push you as much as you want to be pushed and make sure you are doing exercises correctly .

I love the boot camps down at Easton park with Nick and Aidan. It’s a beautiful spot to train and a great start to the day. No matter your fitness level, Nick and Aidan bring a wealth of experience and make you feel welcome from the very first session. They create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where you can work out at your own pace. The group is really easygoing and friendly and I always get a lot out of every session. Definitely recommend!

Nick and Aidan are experienced and committed trainers! The boot camp is great for beginners and advanced trainees, as exercises can be modified to accommodate both groups. More importantly, Nick and Aidan pay attention to individuals' technique and personalise exercises in case anyone comes with preexisting injuries or concerns. I have been training with Goodshape PT for over 7 years and value the group-spirit that Nick and Aidan build among the trainees!

Such a fun light-hearted group of people to train with, which makes you look forward to working out ! Really great structured sessions and nice to be outdoors and out of a gym! 10/10 !

Really enjoy Nick and Aiden's morning workout sessions at Easton Park (as well as being so very grateful for the morning virtual classes throughout lockdown). Have seen my fitness improve immeasurably, while enjoying great company and banter with a really fantastic group. Nick and Aiden are both masters at encouraging the best out of you. Highly recommended!
