According to Fitness Australia, there are over 28,000 registered personal trainers in Australia. Of these, approximately 30% reside in NSW and of these the majority could be classed as personal trainers in Sydney. I would like to offer you my opinion, despite the potential bias, on the three most important things to look for in a personal trainer.
I have been fortunate enough to meet many passionate personal training professionals with particular passions or focuses. I don't think I know a single person more obsessed with the ins and outs of exercise than Tait. Truly a technical master, Tait completed a Bachelor of Exercise Science (Rehabilitation) and then a Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Rehabilitation) and is an accredited exercise physiologist.

Anthony Bloomfield has been my PT for several months now and he is awesome! I've been motivated and prodded into a fitter, healthier version of me and my wife has given the big thumb of approval for the results! Highly recommended if you want a very experienced and professional PT in the Sydney CBD with a small and intimate space.

I sought out Anthony for his deep understanding and expertise due to his qualification as a doctor to help me train towards doing Olympic lifting and wasn’t disappointed. He is not only exceptionally skilled and versatile but friendly, flexible and dynamic. I would highly recommend him whatever your health goals are. I have been training with Anthony for just over 3 years. It has definitely been transformational for me. Anthony has provided excellent advice around keeping active and fit while managing long work hours and frequent long-haul travel. He has helped me to train consistently for the first time in my life. He has a very keen interest in business and this combined with his medical knowledge and proactive views on preventative health care makes training sessions an absolute pleasure. He is a great personal trainer. He challenges me to break my own records every week. He has a medical background and hence makes sure that my posture and technique is correct. He makes our sessions so much fun. I never thought I would love exercising so much ever again. I really really recommend training with Anthony.

I have been training with Anthony for many years now and highly recommend meeting and training with him.
When I met him I was having constant back issues and was going to physiotherapy weekly just to try and maintain some form or a normal life.
I can't believe how far I have come since then. Not only do I no longer suffer from the chronic pain that I had, but I haven't been to a physio for years!
