Whilst today we operate from purpose-built premises in Welshpool, the beginning was much more humble. We started the business as Efes Caf and Kebab shop in Leederville, which we continue to operate to this day. In those early days we purchased a one deck stone based oven so that we were able to make long flat Turkish bread for our customers daily and we served them with homemade dips.
They were such a hit that customers were coming in specifically for our freshly baked Turkish bread and taking them home for entertaining. Then we decided it was time to expand and supply restaurants and cafes and when we started doing so the business really started to take off. Another decision was made to supply our products through supermarkets.

Efes Bakery Products are available at all Major Supermarkets. Special large orders can be ordered direct from the bakery, just call and one of our lovely staff will be happy to discuss your private order.
