We Love Rentals were first established in 2003. The agency specialises in rental properties and property management throughout the Perth metropolitan area. We Love Rentals know that traditional property management organisations are agencies whose main focus in on selling homes and not managing them.
I'm a country boy by birth, growing up on a 5,500 acre cattle farm in the middle of NSW farming land, and in my heart, I remain one to this day, even though it has been many years since I left the farm. I am the licensee of We Love Rentals and provide support to the team whenever needed. I began my real estate career over 12 years ago.
We offer total property management services to residential landlords throughout the Perth Metro area and can help you maximise your rent, maintain your investment, find and most importantly, keep good tenants. I got in contact with We Love Rentals today and was expecting the standard 3-5 day wait but Sarah was on the phone to me, getting the details she needed to make the appraisal, within minutes.
I've never had this level of customer service before. She was polite and very well spoken, she was extremely professional and explained everything that she needed from me.
Not only did she say she'd have a response back to me later today, she ACTUALLY lived up to her promise.
I was blown away at her responsiveness, customer service and ultimately, the appraisal that she sent me.

The team at We love Rentals are nothing but honest, organised and helpful. We recently contacted them to rent our home and found their fees to be fair and Property management Skills to be excellent. They helped us organise services for our property to prepare it for leasing and were quick to present it To the market and provide us with a selection of suitable tenants. The We Love Rentals team have been fantastic over the last 2-3 years I’ve worked with them as an international landlord they've been very fast and responsive to act during my tenancies. Filling vacancies quickly. They were able to navigate all difficult situation smoothly and precisely. Managing tenants, outstanding payments, debt collection, court proceeds, and insurance claims coherently without me present.
Even when out of contract recently were able to help me navigate around CV19 legalities.
