We arrived in Cairns to discover that Wotif had not sent out reservation to the property (which was paid in full). Anna could not have been more helpful, spending hours on the phone on a Sunday night trying to find us somewhere to stay (peak season). I would absolutely recommend people stay with Anna, the property was exactly what we needed, great price and convenient location. When I next visit Cairns, my family will be staying with Anna, booking with her direct thought, not through Wotif ever again! Thank you for salvaging our holiday Anna :-)

Love it here. Anna and the other ladies really look after you. Easily put, I consider them a second family.
The apartments are lovely, clean and comfortable. Very spacious, well looked after, an absolute joy to come back to.
Based in the city, you have access to many restaurants, which aren't far to walk to, the Esplanade is also a short walk away.
Basically, if you want a comfy place to stay, this is it.

There was nothing I didn't like about this place. From the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out, everything was perfect. Anna is amazing and very accommodating. She switched rooms for us no problems at all. The apartments are in a perfect location across the road from Cairns Central Shopping Centre and close to pubs, restaurants and attractions. The rooms are spacious, clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel and we'll definitely be back

Spacious apartments, well located and with friendly service. Almost immediate access to shopping centre, Rusty's markets (Fri-Sun) and plentiful dining options. We were upgraded to 3 bedroom apartment in the Regency building and pleasantly surprised by the large space and great spa bath. Wifi was reliable and parking complimentary. Could've done with a little bit more maintenance, with some broken blinds and balcony door that struggled to open. The pool also looked a little smaller compared to the other buildings and isn't adequate for laps, more for relaxing. But otherwise a great stay!

Very clean and reception very welcoming. Great location a few minutes walk to everything. Ideal accommondation for the family we had 6 people in our group and had loads of room in the apartment. We also had use of the pool which was great just to relax by when we just wanted to stay put. Highly recommend these apartments.

3 bedroom was a great size. Showers and bathrooms were large too. Lovely pool with spa. Dealt with Anna who was lovely and so accommodating. One small thing for feedback is that the lounge room floor felt dirty even though it looked clean and my feet were black. Everything else was clean but pantry had items from the last guest. Photo's from when were checking out.
