Ellen arrived in Perth from Norway in 1986. After many years in marketing and event management she commenced her career as a property manager in 2006. With a passion for real estate and property management, she decided to pursue her own real estate license so she could provide property owners with the best possible options for their investment property as well as quality service for tenants.

Every property we manage is professionally photographed. This is because it is important to present the property in the best possible way to create enough interest in the property - especially when the market is competitive. Once we have the photos, we can use them each time the property has a change of tenants.
We spent a lot of time and money restoring our family home, an 1894 limestone semi in Fremantle. When we decided to make the tree change, we registered our property with Ellen Shaw Realty. A lot of the time at vacates tenants and agents will not agree. This generally comes from lack of understanding about the vacating procedure itself and the responsibilities of the tenant. Upon receiving the 30 days notice of intended vacate - you will receive an acknowledgement letter from us.
This states the date of your intended vacate as stated by you, when your rent is currently paid to and that it is due and payable until the date you vacate.A final bond inspection will be scheduled within 3 days of your vacate, should you wish to be present you will need to arrange a time and date with us.
