The entire Clear Property team were fantastic. Noelia particularly went over and above to ensure our lease was an enjoyable experience. It was refreshing to see someone taking such care in their profession. In future whether it be our property or continue renting I will be looking for Noelia or Clear Property Management.

Overall very positive experience with Clear Property Management! Noelia has been nothing but great through the whole application process and ongoing lease. She is very helpful and supportive, and very responsive on emails and calls! Any queries/ questions have been followed up upon and solved. Very professional, and passionate! Very happy with the service provided by Clear Property Management. Alison Moores has been a great help to us; she always responds quickly to emails, is eager to make things go smoothly for us and to keep us happy as tenants. She is very involved and communication is easy and informal.
We love our new house and are glad to know we have a reliable property management team behind us, in case something would go wrong in the future (which I doubt it will).
Would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking to rent (out)! Keep up the good work.

Excellent service. Refreshingly open and honest, very helpful to us as prospective tenants. Noelia was very helpful and kind, explaining the whole renting process clearly. Everyone in the office was friendly. Excellent at communicating swiftly between ourselves and the landlord. A more personal service than we received from other similar companies. A company I would trust and encourage others to use.

Alison was extremely helpful when i was looking for a new place to live, she was quick to act when i told her that i needed somewhere ASAP and found several homes that met my needs and budget.
Everything was done online which really streamlined the document signing process. She was also quick to get back to me when ever I had a question.
When i moved communication and small maintenance items were sorted out within a week.
