My name is Senka, and I'm the founder of Earth Element Healing and Guided Meditation in Sydney. For the past 30 years I've been helping people eliminate stress and get more energy, clarity and focus through meditation.

In the past decade I've aligned my energies with the elements of earth, fire, sky, air and water and channel through the celestial beings in my meditation classes that transform many areas of your life, so there's never been a better time to join the five week course. Senka has been practicing meditation in Sydney for over 30 years. She is an intuitive meditation guide and author. She takes participants on a guided meditation journey to release their body, mind and soul from stress and routine. Senka is the director of her own internet marketing company by day and rescues and cares for wildlife by night.
Yawning, whether during meditation practice or in a work meeting, is a natural physiological behaviour that we have all experienced. Just about all animals also yawn. Scientists have made amazing (and surprising) discoveries about yawning. One thing we know for sure is that yawning is a completely normal and common occurrence in our meditation classes - and it isn't because they are boring!
We live in a world that is constantly telling us that life is difficult. Does it really need to be so hard? Through meditative practices you can unlock the intuitive part of yourself which makes decisions easier, helps stress fade and brings access to the universal abundance of time, money, contentment and happiness.
For thousands of years, humans have been meditating. The image of a Tibetan monk sitting cross legged and chanting may come to mind when you think of meditation. This is mantra meditation. Here at Meditation in Sydney, meditators are guided in chakra meditation, visualisation and energy healing. Imagine yourself floating above the earth as experienced in astral travel.
Through regular practice of the channelled meditations that I guide my participants through, the layers of thought and emotion that block our view of the inner landscape with unhealthy thoughts are cleared away and we begin to get glimpses of a different reality.

The many participants in my meditations have shared many kinds of experiences in the courses such as - seeing lights, visions, heavy hands, sinking into the earth in a deep relaxing way, intuitions, feelings of love or bliss, an almost tangible sensation of energy flowing through the body, often in the region of the head through to the spine, altered patterns of breathing or spontaneous physical movements and momentary flashes of an enlightened state.

Senka’s meditation class is amazing. So much more than I initially expected. She is doing really important work and I feel blessed to be a part of it. Senka has such a beautiful calming energy and being in her presence makes you feel at ease. The meditation itself is wonderfully relaxing and healing on many levels. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

I've been attending the online guided chakra meditation classes via zoom and I've really benefited from them. Senka leads the meditation with warmth. The meditation itself is really different to any other I've attended. It is like being taken on a journey to another world and then upon returning, you feel a sense of lightness, your mind is rested, anxiety is lifted and you can look forward to a full night's sleep. I have found that in the midst of chaos during the day, I am becoming more resilient and I am noticing others around me getting caught up in the whirlwind of being busy and stressed while

I give this 5 stars review from the bottom of my heart, I thank Senka and her meditation course for helping me go through a very difficult period of time during the pandemic and lock down, I do appreciate immensely. I used to suffer depression, anxiety and panic attack, and I was on anti-depressant for quite long time, sometimes I felt sad out of nowhere. But now I have turned up emotionally stable, mentally peaceful and well-balanced, no more ups and downs, highs and lows, tears and wears, and I am getting stronger and feeling better day by day. I attended the 5-weeks meditation course with Senka and I can only recommend it. Meditation is very focused on connecting to the Earth energy and nature around us. It is very positive and soothing. After each class I felt stronger inner peace and balance which stayed with me throughout the week.

Senka sent me a recording from a meditation class held in Sydney to help me with healing and sleep. I have had a really positive result with it. It was the perfect meditation class for me. The meditation has helped with my chronic illness and pain management as well as sleep, anxiety and frustration with the condition. I am working on being more 'at peace' and more accepting of my condition. Very appreciative of Senka's help especially given I am in Brisbane and not able to attend classes in Sydney.

Attending Senka’s meditation class is like no other.
Senka works with an 5000 year old technique that works with the earth elements to help raise the vibration, heal and ground the 4 bodies physical, mental, emotional and energetically .
Since attending the classes I have let go of anxiety and feel more calm.

I had been wanting to try meditation for a few years and finally pushed myself to do it. My aim was to learn strategies to relax & reduce anxiety. I wasn’t sure if I could actually meditate with such a ‘busy’ mind but I was pleasantly surprised that I experienced it in the first session! I have thoroughly enjoyed it since as helps me be in the moment, feel completely relaxed & I find that I am able to stay calm in challenging situations. I recommend meditation - especially with Senka - to everyone - you won’t regret it.

Each of Senka’s sessions is an amazing experience and definitely one of the best meditation places in Sydney.
After my last session I felt as a lot of tension was coming out of me for several days like a river of negative feelings. Those negative feelings were not connected to anyone specifically, and they felt more like a bad energy I stored for so long flowing out of me from deep inside.
I had a diagnosed anxiety problem for years and after meditation with Senka I feel more immune to other people’s opinion and I feel more centered within myself. Overall I would highly recommend meditation

When I arrived at Senka's meditation, I felt both welcomed and very relaxed in her rooms. The meditations are so colourful and inspiring. Always have a great nights sleep after the meditations.
