This enhanced capacity for self-regulation can help you avoid time and productivity bandits like email and web browsing. It's not often you see someone accept criticism with poise or grace, much less real interest.

Negative feedback is one of the least pleasant experiences we can have at work. And research has shown that poorly delivered and poorly received criticism can kill productivity. Have you ever noticed that we're not always great at listening to each other? Often someone is talking and you'll have another dialogue going on in your head.

The Meditation Centre was founded by Jenair Caner Kervankiran with the intention to introduce meditation to as many people as possible. We provide meditation and mindfulness support for all our customers through our personal and corporate programs. We can offer onsite classes at your workplace and after hours support.
Meditation is an excellent way to learn to relax and to pay attention. Focusing on the body and muscles relaxes the body, and the act of focusing calms the mind. It is a discipline that involves turning the mind and attention inward and focusing on a single thought, image, object or feeling.

Years ago meditation was understood as some type of spiritual practice whereby one sits down, eyes closed and empties the mind to attain inner peace, relaxation or even a divine experience.It wasn't something that interested modern people and modern society, but now it has become very popular with all types of people.
