Gen Kelsang Lhachog will be teaching from How to Solve Our Human Problems by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso - you can find this book here. We don't need to be stuck feeling grumpy, restless or sour - no matter what our external circumstances may be. When our mind is filled with the strength of patient acceptance, nothing is a problem for us.
Meditation can lead us to an experience of wisdom and compassion that transforms our life irreversibly. To accomplish this, we need to recognise the key assumptions we're holding onto which are deeply mistaken, and blocking us from spiritual realisations. If we want to radically change our mental experience to one of powerful peace, we need to identify the wrong views we're currently holding onto and learn how to replace them with pure wisdom.
Learn how to become a confident and experienced meditator through these classes that emphasise practical guided meditations. Be guided through simple meditations that give rise to an experience of mental peace and wellbeing. Midweek Simply Meditate Guest Teachers: This week, Kelsang Dana explores the benefits and tips for the breathing meditation.
When we understand where our stress, frustration and anger comes from, we are able to move away from these unhelpful feelings and cultivate constructive habits of mind. Be reminded how to enjoy each day - and learn how to deepen your happiness without glossing over life's reality. Discover practical methods to solve your everyday problems such as overcoming stress and anxiety, and enjoy harmonious relationships and a happy sense of self.

I went to the Urban Meditation Retreat. 10/10. Really good teacher (Buddha;), facilities, food and vibes. I left feeling euphoric, thoughtful, and refreshed, with great tips and teachings on meditation and the mind. Words I will carry with me :

A terrific day. The course was very well organised and the day ran smoothly. The contents of the course, which could be complicated at certain points, was explained in a simplific manner and was therefore easily understood. I just loved Kelsang Monlam's sense of humour; she is very easy to identify with and her down to earth manner made the day a delight.
