My name is Virginia Rudenno. I am an internationally accredited meditation teacher, counsellor and senior's chair yoga instructor. My desire is to help each individual find that aspect of themselves where there is peace, calmness, happiness and joy; to feel confident in everyday experiences; to find balance, creativity and harmony both within and with others, and to do this in a way that is fun, enjoyable and motivating.
As far back as I can remember I passionately wanted to explore life to the fullest, believing that life's experiences would be positive, exciting and enjoyable. Then as time moved on life's challenges appeared in full swing. I spent years studying various philosophies, meditation styles and fitness/health related areas and worked in a number of different occupations, both in Australia and overseas, in search of my own life's joys.

Human emotions have a high tendency to duplicate and repeat themselves. Through my meditation sessions you become conscious of your own habitual reactionary behaviour patterns, develop new, positive feelings that provide emotional stability, peace of mind and the ability to focus, whilst reducing anxiety, anger, tension or fear.
We all know that being physically active is good for us, but not everyone can take part in activities like walking, cycling or fitness classes. If that's the case for you, but you want to keep active, then chair-based exercise could be just what you're looking for. As the body ages, muscles and joints begin to tighten causing discomfort, lack of balance and anxiety about one's physical well-being.
Here is where you can spend time meditating on your own. You will see examples of the types of things to focus on when you start your meditations. Perfect for anyone who wants more ideas on what to meditate on in order to feel happier and more relaxed. There are so many beautiful things surrounding us if we only pay attention.
