She Fitness is an outdoor group fitness and wellbeing program created exclusively for women. Our program is designed to help our clients achieve and maintain a healthy body and mind, in a safe, fun, accessible and non-intimidating setting. Our program combines expert fitness coaching and mindfulness techniques, to help you reach your fitness goals, reduce stress and maintain good mental health.

At She Fitness we're committed to helping women from all ages and fitness levels achieve their weight loss and fitness goals. Nothing gives us greater pleasure than watching our members transform their bodies, gain more self-confidence, and make friends with like-minded women. She Fitness was founded by Richie Garard in 2008.
We're conveniently located right in the heart of the CBD at Cook and Phillip Park (behind the corner of William and College Streets, near St. Mary's Cathedral). In the mornings we meet close to Cathedral Street on the grass area (if you look towards the city you will see Bodhi restaurant and St Mary's Cathedral).
You'll be working out at Crystal Park, which is between Broome Street and Crystal Street in Waterloo. Our meeting point is at the fountains along Crystal Street. In the event of wet weather, we meet at the other end of the park near South Dowling Street under the covered arches. She Fitness receive feedback from members and people like yourself so we constantly review our timetables and try our best to suit you!
Email angelav.shefitness@gmail.com with the dates you would like your membership suspended with at least 7 days notice. You are able to suspend your membership in 7 day blocks. We understand that some members may want the added accountability and guidance from a one-on-one personal training session.
