I love it! There's a seemingly endless array of interesting and challenging exercises mixed up beautifully every session. Great ... enjoying it immensley .... Brian our trainer mixes up the various exercises each session and makes it a very enjoyable session ... lots of laughter within the the group and you get fit as well ! Brian does a great job catering for the various fitness levels within the group ... i highly recommend you try it you wont be disappointed ....

I've been training with Brian at Willoughby Outdoor Fitness for just over 3 months...twice a week.....and I love it! Brian has a seemingly endless array of interesting and fun yet challenging exercises and mixes it up beautifully every session....tailoring the workouts to the strengths (or weaknesses) of the group and being mindful of the prevailing weather conditions....adapting the workouts to suit them as well! The location allows for plenty of variety and gives a very pleasant environment in which to get fit! Young, mature.....fit or not so....Brian is your man in Willoughby for fun, effective

I decided to try out the 9.15 Cardio Tone sessions during a free trial period, not really knowing what to expect. I found the class very enjoyable and not only did I sign up but I got my husband to join in too. The sessions are held in the Shore sports grounds which gives plenty of scope for different workouts in pleasant surroundings and Brian has a good range of equipment. You can expect a mix of cardio, strength and resistance, core strength and flexibility work. Our group has a wide range of fitness levels but Brian easily adjusts the work level for each individual. He also finds a good balance
