We fell in love with Kensington over 20 years ago and love sharing this fabulous pocket of Melbourne with guests. We discovered this fabulous inner Melbourne suburb in 2000 when we bought 97 McConnell Street, falling in love with the area as we set about the major renovation of our 1882 weatherboard workers' cottage.
Being country people we felt at home in the small town atmosphere created by the friendly locals and shopkeepers, heritage protected streetscapes and a strong sense of community. Many businesses are owner operated, locals are happy to stop and chat filling you in with stories, Kensington history and myths.

Services
We're taking a brief holiday and in spring we're embarking on a 'Sea Change' and will be opening a cottage at Point Lonsdale towards the end of 2021. We thank past guests for your patronage and friendship over the years and will let you know when bookings open for holidays on the fabulous Bellarine Peninsula.
