Following a recommendation from a local gym about the quality of UKSF equipment, I have bought a few things from them over the last year in order to train myself and my clients effectively throughout the various lockdowns and uncertainties. I've been really impressed by the kit and the service - the website is clear and easy to use, lead times have been accurate and regularly updated and deliveries have been really fast. The equipment I've bought has been great value for money and lovely quality. UKSF has become the first place I look when I need to buy new kit because I know that I'll get great

I ordered over a £1000 worth of equipment in mid February, got an email from them stating it will be dispatched within 7-10 days but 9 weeks down the line i still haven't got any of my items and i keep getting palmed off with excuses.
I wish I had read this companies reviews before i ordered from them as they are appalling. If your reading this please do not make the same mistake i have, there are plenty of other companies out there that will treat you better than these will.
YOU ARE ALSO LIARS AS THAT NONSENSE OF A REPLY YOU WROTE ISNT TRUE, I HAVE GOT COUNTY COURT ACTION PENDING FOR YOU.

As a new gym setting up we were excited about the potential partnership with UKSF and understandably setting up in a pandemic, we knew there would be some delays and difficulty. However having continually being assured kit was arriving the following week (after being paid in full) we are now 7 months down the line with an incomplete order with sales rep rob going back on his word on numerous occasions and the biggest lack of customer service I’ve ever experienced. Absolute SHAMBLES!! Order arrived a month late, despite allowances for the pandemic already in place and readily welcomed and accepted. Barely any communication received (this is the annoying part), hard to get updates from the company, only provided tracking numbers after we demanded a refund. When the order did eventually arrive after all this hassle and uncertainty it was not correct!!! (Plates missing and mismatched plates received). The collars were lost in transit and refunded so we've bought some from a more reliable place. No compensation offered for the terrible (and I mean terrible) service

Excellent service and products. I've ordered kettlebells from UKSF a couple of times during lockdown and the service has been excellent both times. The first time I ordered three kettlebells, two arrived within a couple of days but the third one was lost by the courier. The staff at UKSF were really friendly and helpful and a replacement one was sent out straight away. The second time the kettlebells were ordered on a Monday and arrived on the Thursday, brilliant service given the current circumstances. UPDATE - My issue has now been resolved. Appears that as a predominately B2B supplier they have struggled with the volume of small consumer orders.
Much like everyone else I ordered a barbell in the middle of May, have received a TNT notice and been told that my order would be with me soon. As yet I am without the barbell.
Emails have been ignored and phone does not pick up.
Everyone understands we are not in normal times but sadly this has now tipped beyond acceptable. I ordered a replacement set from another provider and this was delivered as they said they would. I would hold off ordering

The lack of communication via made it hard to understand when my order was going to be delivered since ordering. Phoning in late June, I was told my order was being sent that day. Yet again, I received no details from DPD or TNT.
A further phone call a few days later was not positive, with my order being pushed another six days back. This prompted me to cancel my order with no resistance from the UKSF staff on the phone.
