I personally found the appartment and service by staff particularly Mark was great. Friendly and helpful. The permanent or Long term residents were really friendly and nice in the building. I can't say much about one off stays but short term accommodation or long term accommodation is great. Cross the road from beach. One Street off Cavill Ave shops and restaurants. Markets across street at beach

Great location, only a few streets from Cavill Mall, and 1 minute walk to the beach.
Only detractor was the communal spa bath was on a push button timer and appeared to be broken so was only lasting 1 minute.

We did not end up staying and requested a refund which was approved. However, in order for the site to not pay a commission to booking.com the site marked my card as declined. They pushed us for a later check in, room wasn't ready at 2pm. When we got in the room was not clean, no air con, windows couldn't be opened properly. Only way for air flow was to leave the balcony door open, not safe with kids. The entire rooms carpet was wet, really wet next to the bed, the bed was wet, stained filthy carpet, stained curtains and the smell in the room was horrendous. The fridge/freezer was leaking and not

We had the pleasure to stay at Aloha for 2 months. Perfect location, close to the beach, restaurants and secure parking. Also we’d like to thank Romme for his customer service and his professionalism. He always looks after the customers

Shabby dirty room . Dirty horrible stained carpet and curtains. Cockroaches in bathroom and wardrobe. Pictures totally misleading . Though there was vacancy board the manager refused to change room . Forced to stay as charges were non refundable. Horrible stay . Never ever stay here . Pay little bit more and lot more comfortable resorts .

Feel like I'm covered in dust mites after my stay. Carpet was filthy. Tiles didn't feel clean underfoot so wore thongs whilst there. Mattress terrible. Thought initially just wanted roof over my head and didn't care that the accommodation was basic. Didn't think about the possibility of residual issues such as dust mite infestation and the like. Lesson learned. Washed everything when I got home. Staff are very nice but clueless about hygiene and cleanliness of the rooms. Location great. Parking $20 per day despite advertising free parking. Photo of pool is taken from acroos the road looking at

Not family friendly when you got kids in the room sleeping and there’s cigarettes smell coming from the next room and corridors. Had to check out early and find other place to stay that has smoke free accommodation and is safe for our kids. There was No Refund given which is sad because Health and safety for guests should be a priority.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. The pictures don’t look anything like the photos; this place isn’t safe for kids !
Do not stay here if you’re looking for clean and comfortable stay. I booked for 1 week prior to getting there. I walked into my room for about 20 minutes and I was absolutely shocked. It smelt like urine, the place wasn’t clean. Not to mention there was blood residue everywhere. Stains on everything, I could go on and on with the state of that place but it definitely isn’t worth anymore then $70 a night.
I went straight back down to reception to let them know that I was not happy

Honestly shocked and dissappointed with our stay here. The room we got was completely different to the one advertised, the $300 deposit was extremely excessive for such a low quality room. So many health and safety violations, we had one roll of toilet paper between two people for two nights. Mould all over the ceiling, loose wood and nails exposed in the wardrobe and the bedding was not cleaned. Staff were hardly ever available behind the desk also. Wouldn’t recommend staying here. You pay a good amount of money to stay here and don’t even get a free parking spot, had to pay $20 parking for
