Would give a 0 star if i can. 1st time to the Noranda medical centre today, booked appointment for our baby and the website says bulk bill for baby. Got there, 1st thing i asked the reception was whether its bulk bill or not since we dont want to see the doctor if it's not bulk bill (most places do bulk bill for babies/kids under 16/18), receptionist said she's not sure but check with the Dr when we see her, and asked me to fill out all the forms etc. Waited for 50 mins (even we already booked), then dr Krystyna called us in, 1st thing i asked again whether we need to pay, she said she
