This medical center is a joke.
If you have an appointment you will wait 30 minutes to get in just to spend 5 minutes consultation with no specifications at all!
Stay away from Doctor Subhash
It has been 3 times he doesn’t help me with anything and he just ask again and again to make an appointment with him just for the bills.
I’m definitely not coming back AT ALL!

It is obvious that they are looking to make profit on your behalf. They will make you book many appointments just to tell you the same. Dr Shubash was very rude when I asked him about a condition he said I have, he said"you google it", and then he seems to be upset because he had to repeat something I couldn't fully understand later on, he repeated rudely loud.

You are not patient your just a dollar bill for him, he will address one issue per consultation if you have multiple issues/enquiries then you have to take multiple appointments (i.e to charge consultation fee). Usually doctors hand you pathology test form on same day after consultation (If you have to get any tests) but he made me took another appointment just to hand over the pathology test form and when i asked for covid-19 he simply ignored and asked me to make another appointment. I'm like you called me for nothing today and you want me to take another

I’m an Australian citizen which pays taxes including Medicare costs; I went today to ask for a regular blood test and unfortunately I had to talk with Dr Verma, which prescribed the tests required asking to pay for them. I pointed out for him that the tests are normally covered by Medicare and the only answer I got is that I will have to pay for… them regardless. I’m not surprised to see the comments on google review point out his completely lack of care and professionalism and I’m not surprised that whoever is in charge of them doesn’t allow any more comments about

If you are from interstate, do not go to this clinic as they would charge you 130 dollars instead of bulk bill. The manager says they treat interstate patients differently. Simply because the interstate patients’ medicare cards are called “interstate Medicare card” not “new South Wales medicare card”. What a strong discrimination! Do not they think Australia is not a whole Country?

This place is completely unprofessional and an absolute SCAM.
I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, just to wait over an hour. And I see the doctor going to the lounge, making coffee, etc. Why schedule an appointment during the doctors break?
While sitting there waiting, I hear them tell a lady that was running late for her appointment… that they're going to charge her a late fee! The irony! Can I charge the doctor a late fee?
The doctor was nice, but they rush the patients to keep visits under 3-5 minutes just so they can see as many people as possible. They don't even listen when

I can’t imagine how hard it must be working in the medical profession. With varying types of people walking through the door all requiring that ‘urgent’ appointment, how the reception staff keep their composure I’ve no idea. Here is my feedback on the centre... and I will say 5*** rating all round: Reception Staff; I’ve personally never had a bad… experience with the ladies on reception, I’ve watched them answer phones and greet people, each time they’ve answered questions as professionally as I believe they know how, for me, I remember thinking
