This place really needs new doctors, doctors here don't knw their stuff..dr chandrika will google symptoms and treatment..dr shantini doesnt want to see u even if u had covid 3 weeks ago and will lecture u on why u should be living in a cave and not go to the doctor even if u have cheat pains plus wait time is never less than 1 hour....even when my 6 yr old son had a nasty cut and was bleeding profusley the evening receptionist told me sorry we are booked ..always been an appalling experience

Hi Have bad expertise with dr Hanna.
I reported chronically knee pain since ski accident in 2016. As ultrasound do not shows anything, I didn’t get referral for MRI (cover by Medicare). I had to pay $420 out of pocket. And result was that I have massive crack on patella – which can not be detected by ultrasound. This disappointment cost me almost 400 dollars!

I called the clinic trying to making a booking, but the front desk staff was so unbelievably rude and impatient!!! I found this clinic on the government website which is available for front line workers to get COVID vaccine. But this girl she didn’t even let me talk and said “we currently only do 40-59 year olds. Bye bye.”.
Gosh, cannot believe it! They supposed to help people who in need, not having a go with every patient.
I understand they can be busy, but as a front line worker, I’m busy too!! Using my break time to call every clinic to try to book the vaccination, and I DON’T DESERVE

I’ve been going to Brandon Park Medical Centre for years. I can’t say anything nasty about my experience with the clinic. I wouldn’t change my doctor (Dr Hanna) for anyone else. She is an absolute gem, attentive, caring and knows what to do in every situation.

Negative stars. By far the worst in my whole life and have lived in 3 different states in Australia! Horrible experiences here. Extremely long waites (1-2hrs while waiting with 3 toddlers, one with special needs). Very lazy, rude, rushed, dismissive, ignorant doctors, I had to literally tell them how to search and do things for Medicare. Was told I was wrong & that Medicare was also wrong by one doc, adding that she'd questioned every doctor there about my query and they all agreed with her, but proved them wrong after calling Medicare. No apology from the doctor only from the admin staff. The
