Despite it being the middle of winter we swam at the beach every day, swum in the resorts heated pool, relaxed in the spa and steamed in the sauna. We also loved the grass tennis court and the fact you could hire racquets and balls for free and there was no need to book the court. The staff are also incredibly friendly and accommodating.

The worst and most unprofessional hotel I've ever dealt with - had to postpone twice due to border restrictions and wasn't informed that this would mean that my deposit would be non-refundable. Management flat out refused my money back without actually showing me where it was stated in policies/terms and conditions about the deposit. Only was able to get onto management after emailing 6 TIMES (all ignored!) and calling 4 days in a row, still awaiting email proof of said terms and conditions, 4 days later. Appalling customer service and even worse communication skills. Don't waste your money here

Literally across the road from the beach, easy walking distance to the ‘downtown’ Broadbeach area while not been right in the middle of the hustle and bustle! The owners/managers Marion & Chris are absolutely delightful: helpful without being intruding and so friendly and passionate about the area. If you are looking for a little getaway, a longer stay (all apartments are self contained with a fully equipped kitchen), or a space for family to visit you without being too close, definitely reach out to Boulevard North today!

Booked for 5 people from booking.com. When we arrived they are asking for extra money. the reason is room is for 4 people. Which was disgraceful. You have to pay for each and everything including soap. When we left they charged 75$ extra without reason. When we call them they said they will get back soon since the lady don’t know why the card was charged. After that they never received our call. Every time you ask something they will say it’s not a hotel don’t expect this and that. Never staying there again.

My Wife & I have just spent 7 nights here and loved it. The apartment was clean with older tasteful decor & very comfortable ,with everything we needed.The views were sensational, the beach & Hinterland, Loved the Balcony The pool & gardens are immaculate.No Smoking allowed on the property was a huge factor in Us enjoying our stay.All staff were welcoming & helpful.The location is handy to everything in Broadbeach, Great Value for money, We will definitely be back.

We stayed for 2 weeks in a 1 bed apartment and our daughters stayed the 2nd week in a 2 bed apartment. Both rooms were clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Our kitchen had been renovated and was lovely. The bathroom could do with a makeover but was functional.
We came over from Perth as a group of bowlers for the Australian Open (3 couples all stayed here). The location to local restaurants and facilities was very helpful. A 10 minutes walk to the supermarket and a huge variety of restaurants. We used the BBQ area for a team BBQ and the facilities were great - thanks for putting the tennis

My husband & I have stayed here twice & would recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, well equiped apartment. The ocean is directly across the road & the views from the ocean front rooms are amazing. The staff are extremely friendly & nothing is too much bother for them, any problem with the room & they are very quick to remedy it. The hotel is also very close to public transport & maybe a 10 minute walk to the heart of Broadbeach.

Had a very enjoyable long weekend here. Terrific location, it's a shame that the building next door was built which impacts on the north side of the building. I will definately consider returning if I can book a front of building apartment.

We stayed here on the Queens birthday weekend and thought it was pretty good, except the owner should have informed us before we got there, that the tennis court was out of action due to the fence being down, we should have been discounted for the inconvenience, if we had known we may have cancelled the booking and went elsewhere.

Stayed here twice now. The staff are always so warm and accommodating. Family owned and run accomodation. Whilst some parts of the building are older the rooms themselves are very spacious and modern. Right on the beach front, in walking distance to the main Broadbeach strip and casino. Great value for money will definitely be back again!

Our extended family enjoyed a delightful holiday on Level 19. The location and beachfront views and breezes were terrific (esp. on the various balconies). Our children enjoyed the pool and spa. Many thanks too to Chris and Marion for your friendliness; we hope to return soon (we'll play tennis next time)!
