Deb & Russ Young established Younga Yoga Studio - Wollongong's first dedicated Yoga space in 2006 with the vision to create a beautiful space that provides the community with a balanced variety of vinyasa yoga classes, inspirational events, healthy living programs and trainings to deepen one's study of Yoga.
Our online classes can be enjoyed in real-time via LIVESTREAM or ON-DEMAND via our lesson bank. LIVESTREAM classes are booked in via our app or regular timetable (ensure you select LIVESTREAM not IN-STUDIO). Please allow 1 business day to access ON-DEMAND classes as we need to manually add you to the lesson bank.
Practice with us IN-STUDIO and via LIVESTREAM. This offer is available to those new to the studio - you get 30 days access to our regular vinyasa, yin, pressure point & HIIT classes with the hybrid intro offer. Give the gift of Yoga! Following the more traditional and ethical principles of yoga . Very supportive teaching styles. Great for all levels and opening mind , heart and spirit. Younga is just a wonderful space, both online and in person (Not that THAT's been able to happen for a long time!!). The gentleness of the teachers still comes through the screen. The adaptability of the practice to make it your own is fantastic and I never feel pressured to reach a certain level but rather to accept my steady progress. Each morning that I attend class, my day is always changed for the better, both in my body and in my mind.

I like that the classes are online (as I live in Victoria now!) I like that there are a range of teachers who are all different in their intensity of practice but give options for decreasing and increasing the intensity. Deb and Russ' approach to the business feels warm, welcoming and friendly and carefully curated. I LOVE the yin classes (especially Renee who is an absolute angel) and although I wish there were more restorative classes the with online classes I feel much freer to rest when I need.

Love it! All aspects of it. All the classes are well structured and effective. I have been coming here for years now and still I am never bored and the classes keep evolving and there is always something new to learn. The online classes are as effective as the studio classes. I love going into the studio as I love the calmness in the space radiates. Online is great when I am not sure if I can get into the studio in time.
